5. Trust and confidence:
In our vision successful teamwork starts with trust. In the first place in our own team but it effects our customers as well. We do not envy each other at all and if we pass each other some business we are confident about the level of service. We do not need internal control mechanism because we trust each other. As a customer you notice this through the appointments we make. But also in simple things like not talking to others about who we drive and about where and when our customers used our service. Of course we notice personal or business conservations in our cars, but we do not hear it and our lips are always sealed. We master the art of communication and being conspicuously silent.
