4. Self initiative:
We are a group of independent business people. We listen to each other very carefully and communicate a lot, but than we act on our own initiative. Wherever we see a need for transportation we anticipate. On our own initiative we contact businesses to offer our help with their mobility problems. Of course we coordinate these individual actions within the group.
